In 2009, Barnett co-founded her agency, WWB Lifestyle: Under Barnett's direction, the company conquered numerous new projects including styling for films, editorials, television segments, advertisements, and brand campaigns. That same year Barnett also quite literally "changed the game" and redefined career menswear when Wade attended Phoenix' NBA All-Star Weekend in a bow tie, canary yellow cardigan, fitted suit, and "nerd glasses." The following night, he emerged in a pair of red-rimmed, clear lens frames. Sports announcers repeatedly deemed the ensembles "attention-seeking" fluff, but as more and more NBA athletes followed suit, Barnett solidified her place as an industry frontrunner.

Since then, Barnett's fearless velocity, artistic insight, and immersive loyalty has helped mold her client’s into a style icon. Creating daring but dapper looks that have garnered the attention of Vogue, GQ, ESPN The Magazine, Sports Illustrated, Forbes, Good Morning America, The New York Times, and WWD. In 2011, Wade sat front row at multiple shows during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Milan, a feat that helped reshape how the world viewed the professional, well-dressed athlete. With the blue print solidified, WWB continues to work with new and established clients building their brands through fashion.

At the foundation of a successful brand is a cohesive strategic objective. Our course of action is to research, plan, design, execute and analyze. We focus on market trends and the competitive landscape, to understand how we can effectively communicate the directive. WWB Lifestyle’s creative and branding team provides the inspiration and direction through a variety of medias to establish the brands DNA and a consistent message. From mood boards to concept completion we ensure the vision and design become one through discovery.

We have partnered with The Phoenix House Miami, a Creative Concept and Costume Concierge, to bring your event to life. Our approach is to create a structured yet organic experience which allows your guest to immerse themselves in the atmosphere. Whether a product release, store opening, milestone birthday or wedding, we produce the entire event. Working with the best vendors from Aerialist to Floral design to Chefs, each detail is carefully curated for optimal success. Our ideas may not always be conventional but they will obtain the desired results,changing the game and challenging the status quo.

Calyann Barnett's fervent imprint on the fashion industry is unlike anyone who has come before her. More than just a trendsetter, Barnett's creative spirit, keen eye, and business-minded tenacity has conceived visual identities for an astounding repertoire of clients.  

Headliners like Dwyane Wade, Nicki Minaj, Bob Sinclair, Kim Kardashian, Rajon Rondo, Shaggy, Tyrese Gibson, Usain Bolt, Hype Williams, and Spike Lee have all called upon Barnett's distinctive flair, as have brands like Hublot, Toyota, Johnny Walker, Puma, Hennessy, Miller Lite, Reebok, Gatorade, Dove, and T-Mobile. 

If an item doesn't exist, Barnett will create it. Her bespoke capabilities are boundless. In an industry overrun by cookie-cutter stylists, Barnett has differentiated her brand and formed secure relationships over multiple aesthetic genres. She continues to push beyond the fashion frontier, evolving alongside her clients and striving to create memorable moments in every aspect of her work.  

"I don't like fashion, it is more of a feeling," explains Barnett. "I believe individuals are complex with several facets and layers. I use my job to help my clients express and explore these different sides of themselves that they are not used to showing."  

But Barnett is more than just sartorial ingenuity, she's a bonafide businesswoman, with two distinct degrees under her belt: a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Marketing and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology, in which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. "Creativity is only 10% of the actual work. Having my degrees helps me be the businesswoman I have to be 90% of the time." 

Barnett's impressive portfolio only continues to blossom: She recently joined forces with fellow agency standout Brandon Williams to create The Collection by cBw, a unisex jewelry line.

Lina

Miami born Colombian Lina Palacios made her first pair of pants at age of 12 using an all over flame print fabric and never looked back.  

After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Miami International University of Art & Design in 2011 she set out for the world of fashion. Lina has worked as a Menswear Design Intern at New Era Cap co. and at an Apparel Sourcing Agency as an Assistant Sourcing Manager. Mid 2012 Lina decided to make a change, it was here she first began an internship with WWB Lifestyle Agency under stylist Calyann Barnett. Now at WWB Lifestyle Agency with the title of Associate Wardrobe Stylist and most recently as a freelance Wardrobe Stylist and Apparel Designer. Lina has since become a go to for some of Miami’s top creative, as well as working closely with Brand Wade. 

Working on music videos for recording artists such as Chris Brown, Rihanna, Pitbull, Dj Khaled and Jussie Smollette amongst others along with commercials for Champs Sports and Target, Lina has proven an asset to the team as well as a creative and proficient wardrobe stylist.

As the Director of Business Operations at WWB Lifestyle Agency, Sky Watson works closely with WWB’s roster of stylist and clients. Watsons’ efforts are focused primarily on servicing the agency’s stylist and allowing them to stay creative.
 
Watsons’ role is to help the agency’s stylists achieve their personal and professional goals. He manages client schedules, including all travel, photo shoots, commercials, and more.
 
Having lived in several different regions in the United States and abroad, Sky has resided in Miami since 1999. In 2012 Watson took over as the managing agent in WWB Lifestyle Agency and late took on the role of Director of Business Operation.
